Refund policy

Thank you for supporting the artwork of Pippa Freer.
Please note the following regarding returns and refunds:
Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless a print or painting is damaged upon delivery. In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including photographs of the damage, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Refunds: Refunds are only issued within 48 hours of payment, and only if the order has not been dispatched or production has not yet commenced. Once an item has been produced or shipped, no refund will be issued.
